Vorweg: Ich spreche nur Deutsch oder Englisch. Wenn es also darum geht, dass Sie jemanden benötigen, der Sie berät, wie Sie Anträge stellen sollen und z. B. hilft, das richtige Formular auszufüllen, sind Sie bei einem der vielen mehrsprachigen Kollegen und Kolleginnen gut aufgehoben.
Ich komme erst in Spiel, wenn es um rechtliche Schritte gegen unerwünschte Entscheidungen der Ausländerbehörde geht. Ich habe schon Erschreckendes lebt - nicht nur von den mit dem jeweiligen Anliegen befassten Stellen, sondern auch von Kollegen/Kolleginnen, die im Massenbetrieb keinen Blick mehr für das verfahrensrechtlich Gebotene hatten.
Aber genau das braucht man hier unbedingt. Das Aufenthaltsrecht ist wie kein anderes Rechtsgebiet durch ständige Änderungen sowie politisch motivierte Tendenzwechsel - auch im Verfahrensrecht - gekennzeichnet, die es sehr unübersichtlich macht. Wer sich z. B. auf die Beck´sche DTV-Ausgabe oder einen Kommentar mit "Stand 2024" verlässt, hat schon verloren. Denn dann entgehen ihm bereits jetzt, im März 2024 drei umfangreiche Änderungen. So wundert es nicht, das einschlägige Loseblattwerke zwischen 300 und 900 Euro (!) kosten.

Viví cosas impactantes, no sólo por parte de los departamentos que se ocupaban del tema respectivo, sino también por parte de colegas que, en operaciones masivas, ya no tenían ojo para los requisitos de procedimiento.
Pero eso es exactamente lo que realmente necesitas aquí. Como ningún otrocampo del derecho, el derecho de residencia se caracteriza por cambios constantes y cambios de tendencias por motivos políticos, incluido el derecho procesal, que lo hacen muy confuso.
